Rotherham rubbish: Dinnington councillor hits out at fly-tipping days after big clean up

It's frustrating to hear about fly-tipping happening again in Dinnington, especially so soon after a big community clean-up effort. Our local councillor is understandably concerned, and we're hoping this latest incident doesn't spoil the hard work everyone put in.
